We recently held the successful CC4Skype training. The event held on March 28, 2017 at Sitec Dubai offices and on March 30, 2017 at Microsoft offices (Riyadh, KSA), have exceeded our expectation and our attendance forecast.
CC4Skype is the customer care solution for Skype for Business, designed for departments and individuals with a lot of internal and / or external customer contact. The solution is used for businesses that strive for an optimal customer experience. The starting point is to improve the service and which results in increased customer and employee satisfaction and lower costs.
