SITEC Information Technology L.L.C provides Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and cloud-based telecommunications connectivity, enabling secure integration between the PSTN network and cloud communication platforms.

SITEC Information Technology L.L.C was established in Dubai in 2012 and is wholly owned by Arkan Group Holding Limited. The company operates two lines of business: managed cloud voice infrastructure for Enterprise and Government Clients, and authorized distribution of Ribbon Communications hardware across the region.
